It is the policy of Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant to accept cancellations, and provide a refund, only for medical reasons (a medical certificate must be presented).
Once a session has started, there are no refunds for situations beyond our control (i.e. blackouts, hazardous weather). The camp reserves the right to refuse enrolment or dismiss a camper at its sole discretion. In the event of a dismissal, there will be no refund of any portion of the registration fees.

A transfer between sessions may be granted if a request is made 2 weeks prior to the start of the original session and adequate space is available in the new session. A transfer fee of $10 will apply. There are no refunds for transferring to a session of a lower price.
