Strategic Plan

Status of Strategic Plan for the Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant Community Engagement, 2009-2010

With changes to the Board and staff in 2009 and 2010, we have not been able to meet the timetable suggested by the Community Engagement process; however, in 2011 we found ourselves with a full and active Board to help staff. I will start with a document from the 2009 consultation process titled “A Vision For Glenhyrst Gardens”. In it, the issue of “Restoring Credibility” came before any future plans listed for the period of 2009 – 2018. The staff and Board have focused on this and have made great strides in this area including a new logo and web site. I am pleased to share the following update on behalf of the Board of Directors and staff.
