SUMMER ART CAMP … POLICIES

> Payment:
To register your child(ren) for Summer Art Camp fill in all three pages from the Registration PDF, (Sessions, Guidelines, Application) sign, and either:
a) bring forms to the Gallery with payment or
b) fax with credit card information or
c) mail to the gallery.

Registration will not be taken by email or over the telephone. NSF cheques are subject to a $20 service charge.

> Scholarships
Student scholarships may be available to those in financial need. Please call 519.756.5932 for more details.

> Extended Care:
Extended Care is available for all studios from 8 — 9 am and 4 — 5 pm at $2 per hour or part thereof.

> Gallery Membership:
Become a junior member for $20 or join as a Family Member for $40 and receive the member’s discount on Summer Art Studios.

> Refunds:
There are no refunds once a session has started, on unused camp days, for camp merchandise or for situations beyond our control (i.e. blackouts, hazardous weather). The camp reserves the right to refuse enrollment or dismiss a camper at its sole discretion. In the event of a dismissal, there will be no refund of any portion of the registration fees.

> Cancellations:
It is the policy of Glenhyrst Art Gallery of Brant to accept cancellations only for medical reasons (a medical certificate must be presented). A 20% administration fee will be deducted.

> Transfers:
A transfer between sessions may be granted if a request is made prior to the start of the original session and adequate space is available in the new session. A transfer fee of $10 will apply. There are no refunds for transferring to a session of a lower price.
